Your tasks
- You manage vehicle reservations in German, French, and English and competently support our customers with all their concerns
- You take damage and accident reports, forward them for further processing, and provide information on invoices
- Advising on our diverse product portfolio is just as important to you as providing comprehensive support for all questions regarding vehicle use
This is what you bring
- You have completed a commercial training or training as a customer dialogue specialist
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in a comparable environment
- German or French is your native language, and you have very good oral language skills in the other language. You speak English at B2 level; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- You are enthusiastic about telephone customer contact, convince with your pronounced customer orientation and quick comprehension – and are ready to work flexibly in shifts from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00
