To complement our team, we are looking for a committed and structured personality as F&B Assistant Administration (Intern) starting immediately or by arrangement.
What to expect with us:
You will support our F&B team as well as the Director of Operations in all administrative and operational processes focusing on our various F&B outlets (breakfast, restaurant, bar, banquet).
- Support in purchasing (order overviews, control)
- Goods flow control and replenishment according to par stock
- Participation in cost controlling and supplier comparisons
- Programming and maintenance of the cash register system
- Creation and updating of SOPs
- Preparation of duty rosters and forecasts
- Support during inventories
- Coordination between the various outlets
- Administrative support in the banquet area as well as event representation in case of absence
- Support in the various F&B outlets if needed
What you bring with you:
- Ongoing or completed training in hotel management, gastronomy, or business administration
- First experience in the F&B area desired
- Structured, precise, and independent working style
- Organizational talent and interconnected thinking
- Confident handling of common IT systems (MS Office, cash register systems)
- Neat appearance and professional manners
- Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
- Enjoy working with people and openness to different cultures complete your profile
