Manager - Portfolio Management (100%)
A new role to steer the performance of an institutional real estate portfolio with an investor perspective
Your responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Real Estate Director, for whom you provide formal deputyship, you structure and lead the investor vision of the CAP Prévoyance portfolio. You produce risk/return analyses per asset, define investment trajectories, and formulate strategic arbitration recommendations (retain, renovate, sell) for governance bodies. You coordinate the Technical & Rental Management, Projects & Heritage departments, ensuring coherence between operational data from the management teams and strategic decisions. You oversee consolidated financial reporting, supervise the positions of Controlling Analyst and Legal Counsel, and are capable of presenting to governance bodies. You provide CAP Prévoyance with the tools for professional real estate management commensurate with its portfolio.
Your profile
Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, or property management (additional training in real estate asset management is appreciated), you have 7 to 10 years of experience in real estate finance, asset management, or institutional portfolio management, ideally gained with a real estate fund, investment foundation, or institutional player. You master financial modelling (DCF, IRR, NPV), reporting tools, and performance indicators for an institutional real estate portfolio. Skilled in presenting to governance bodies, you combine systemic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate analysis into clear and actionable recommendations. A good knowledge of the Swiss regulatory framework for institutional real estate investments is an asset, as is familiarity with the specifics of the Geneva market, notably the LDTR.
