About the job
The Spitex services Laupen are a non-profit organisation with a public mandate. The catchment area includes the municipalities of Laupen, Mühleberg, Frauenkappelen, Kriechenwil, Ferenbalm, Gurbrü and Wileroltigen with around 10,000 inhabitants.
To complement our team, we are looking for a cheerful and motivated person from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement
Dipl. Nurse FH/HF with Trainer Function 80 - 100%
Our central starting point to the clients is in the Laupen Elderly Centre. From here we start our tours with our own or the Spitex car.
Your tasks
- You carry out needs assessments directly at our clients' homes – digitally and simply with the tablet
- You take responsibility for the entire nursing process and ensure professional basic and treatment care
- You work in the day shift (06:30–16:00) or late shift (13:30–23:00) and actively shape the nursing routine
- As a competent contact person, you support our clients, their relatives and your team with advice and assistance
- You accompany and promote the FaGe trainee on their training path
- With your expertise and experience, you support the trainees in their professional everyday life and contribute to their successful development
Ideally, you bring the following
- A completed training as a qualified nurse HF or FH
- At least two years of professional experience – ideally in the Spitex sector
- You have already completed the trainer course or are willing to attend it
- Enjoyment in passing on your knowledge
- Knowledge of ASEBIS is a plus but not a must
- You work confidently with PC, tablet and digital nursing documentation
- You act independently, take responsibility and keep an overview even in demanding situations
- A category B driving licence; having your own car is an advantage
