- Conducting workshops to identify professional needs
- Preparation of specifications for software development
- Quality assurance of developed solutions at the customer site

- Solid expertise in the Swiss social sector required
- Experience with complex software systems and databases
- Strong skills in requirements analysis and documentation
- Competence in customer relations and workshop moderation
- Very good German skills at C1 level necessary

- Close collaboration with customers and interdisciplinary development teams
- Diverse tasks between specialist consulting, analysis and quality assurance
