Join Hitachi Energy as a Sales Enablement Coordinator for the Global Product Group Automation & Communication in the Grid Automation Business Unit. We are looking for a passionate, self-driven technical content professional who enjoys engaging with business leaders, engineers, R&D, marketing, communications, and sales to design content plans to support the full product lifecycle.
As a Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development and execution of a content plan for the projects assigned to you. You will be an essential member of the Global Product Management Team, interact with Subject Matter Experts, marketing and communication and other business stakeholders to achieve the goals of each project. You will collaborate with writers, designers, and other SMEs to deliver the content needed to support business goals.
You will have the opportunity to launch new ideas to support the sales organization and support the Global Product Group growth objectives.
How you'll make an impact
- Develop and drive sales enablement plans for portfolio releases, rebranding, and lifecycle updates, ensuring clear deliverables and timelines.
- Lead end-to-end content creation from concept to publishing, coordinating designers, copywriters, and subject matter experts.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality by partnering with Marketing and Communications.
- Monitor progress and report to stakeholders, leveraging analytics to optimize content strategy over time.
Your background
- 4+ years of professional experience in content marketing, brand management, communications, or digital marketing.
- Cross-functional leadership skills, and experience in navigating in complex organizations
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and organized, with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks and executing efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Superb project management skills: time management, communication, and organization.
- Affinity to power transmission and distribution automation segment
- Experience editing with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat can be of advantage
