To complement our team, we are looking for a Head of Care and Support / Deputy Home Manager 80% starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks
- You recruit, lead, plan, and develop the employees in the care and support area
- As a contact person for residents and relatives, you organize and coordinate the daily business for an optimal care process
- You share responsibility for achieving qualitative and economic goals
- In the absence of the home management, you take over responsibility and lead in their interest
- You conduct reports and team meetings
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level as a nursing specialist and further training in leadership or willingness to complete this
- Authorization to practice as a nursing specialist
- High professional, social, and leadership competence
- Stable, loyal personality with a strong sense of quality
- A warm and professional approach within the team and with contact persons
