To replace during a maternity leave, the "Executive MBA" program of the Faculty of HEC at the University of Lausanne is looking for a program coordinator.
Job Information
Start date: November
Contract duration: 7-8 months
Activity rate: 80%
Workplace: Extranef - Chamberonne, UNIL
Your Activities
In your role, your main activities will be:
- Booking classrooms, various office tasks
- Independently managing the administrative tasks of the courses
- Preparing exam consultation files and supervising
- Participating in the optimization of the program's operational processes
- Providing administrative and operational support to management
- Ensuring logistics and maintaining relationships with participants and professors
- Managing the organization of the academic year and graduation ceremony
Your Profile
We are looking for a person with the following profile:
- CFC in commercial employee or equivalent title
- Excellent command of English (C1 level)
- Experience in administration (minimum 4 years)
- Experience in the academic and event field is a plus
- Dynamic, with organizational and planning skills
- Excellent command of office software and new technology (Moodle, Teams is a plus)
- Enthusiasm, sociability, and discretion
- Good listening and communication skills, team spirit, and collaboration
- Customer service-oriented, solution-oriented, and able to handle stress well
