In this position, you independently manage demanding heating and cooling projects, keep costs, deadlines, and quality under control, and create solutions with sustainable added value for customers, municipalities, and the region.

This is your job

• Overall responsibility for planning and development of heating and cooling projects from feasibility study to implementation while adhering to quality, costs, and deadlines
• Preparation and execution of network calculations as well as risk analyses for heating and cooling networks
• Definition of requirements and framework conditions to optimize the network strategy
• Representation of the client as well as management and control of projects during the execution phases including leadership of project teams and project controlling (costs, deadlines, quality)
• Technical review and assessment of connection requests for gas, water, as well as heating and cooling supply
• Maintenance and further development of the network infrastructure as well as negotiations and coordination with customers, municipalities, authorities, suppliers, and project partners

This is what you bring

• Completed training as HVAC technician or FH/HF degree in mechanical engineering, energy and environmental technology, or comparable qualification
• Solid experience in project management
• Many years of experience in conceptual planning of heating/cooling infrastructures (plants / network / central unit)
• High reliability, independence, planning and organizational skills
• Quick comprehension, strong solution orientation, cost and quality awareness
• Main language German or French with good oral and written knowledge of the other language
