Polymechanic Toolmaker Wire Erosion 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

* You set up individual parts and small series on our GF wire erosion machines Agie Charmilles and Mitsubishi and finish them off * You operate our GF start hole erosion machines and independently execute orders * You coordinate your orders independently and liaise with the entire production team * You programme directly at the machine with AC CUT, AC FORM, Vision, HMI or CAM ISO * You develop clever manufacturing strategies, optimise processes and implement them directly * If necessary, you assist with sinker erosion and surface grinding (holiday cover)

What do I need to be successful?

* Completed training as a polymechanic, toolmaker or comparable qualification * Solid experience in erosion – this is indispensable for this position * Know-how in the programming systems AC CUT, AC FORM, Vision, HMI or CAM ISO * You work independently, precisely and find a solution for every challenge * You are a team player and remain flexible even in dynamic situations
