Head of Nursing Service, 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• As a member of the management team, you lead the staff and work closely with the ward managers
• You also plan the personnel and are the contact person for important concerns
• You carry out the BESA assessments and are responsible for organisational development as well as nursing guidelines
• The planning of infrastructure and acquisitions also fall within your responsible area
• The workload can, depending on preference, be between 80% and 100%

Requirements

• You have training as a registered nurse HF / FH or as a registered male nurse HF / FH
• Solid leadership experience, e.g. as ward manager or team leader, is required
• A leadership further education or the willingness to complete one is important
• In addition, pedagogical skills and an authentic role model function are important components of your demanding tasks
• Do you have didactic-methodical skills and are characterised by a networked way of thinking?
