Night Shift Team Leader, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You lead the professional care team during the night
• You are responsible for the personnel and professional management of the employees and plan the personnel deployment taking into account cost-effectiveness and efficiency in a situation-appropriate manner
• You also ensure the quality of care and compliance with care processes
• Furthermore, you help shape the care mission statement and enable other employees to support and achieve the institution's goals
• Finally, you prepare care reports, conduct professional discussions, and bear team responsibility
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a registered nurse FH / HF / DN2 or as a registered male nurse FH / HF / DN2
• For foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required
• Solid IT skills and very good German language skills are important to the institution
