About the job

We are a state-of-the-art sheet metal processing company that has been producing in Ennenda in the Glarus region for over 70 years and employs 160 staff.

To strengthen our team in laser welding, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an initiative and motivated individual as

Laser Welder 100%

(Early and late shifts alternating weekly)

Your challenges

• Independent setup and operation of modern 3D laser welding systems with high precision
• Timely production of manufacturing orders with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Performing first-piece inspections
• Independent quality control of weld seams
• Supporting the department with general tasks and continuous process improvement

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a production mechanic or polymechanic EFZ or an equivalent technical qualification
• Experience in operating laser welding systems
• Clean and precise working method
• Independent, committed, flexible and sustainable personality
• Willingness to work permanent shifts (early and late shifts)
