As a lawyer in the field of legal advice, provision, as well as estate planning and administration, you competently support private individuals in important life decisions and develop tailored, legally secure solutions.
Your area of responsibility
Personal advice to clients on the topics of matrimonial property and inheritance law, cohabitation and partnership, gifts and inheritances, as well as executorship and estate division
Preparation of individual legal documents in the area of provision and estate
Organization and support of notarizations
Review of existing wills and inheritance contracts for formal and substantive validity
Support in estate divisions and accompaniment of executorships
Conducting internal training sessions as well as client presentations on the topics of provision, inheritance law, and estate planning
Collaboration within the specialized advisory team in the area of financial planning for the holistic care of our clients
Your profile
Completed university degree in Switzerland (lic. iur. or Master of Law), bar admission desired
Solid knowledge and experience in civil law, especially inheritance and family law
Experience in advising private clients, ideally in the financial sector or a law firm
Enjoyment in conveying legal knowledge understandably – both internally and externally
Strong communication skills and empathy in client consulting
Independent, structured working style and high sense of responsibility
