Your tasks
- Maintaining constant customer contact and acting as a contact person for technical questions
- Performing maintenance work inside and outside the buildings (e.g., gardening and cleaning tasks)
- Performing maintenance and repairs on systems and facilities as well as documenting them
- Issuing and monitoring orders to internal and external service providers and suppliers while adhering to cost, deadlines, and quality standards
- Carrying out maintenance work and minor repairs, if technically possible
- Monitoring the maintenance and care of assigned vehicles, machines, and equipment as well as the cleaning materials used
- Willingness to be on call (first intervention) and perform winter service tasks
- Willingness to work evenings and every second to third Saturday
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in a craft with experience in janitorial services or qualification as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ and/or as a janitor with a federal certificate of competence
- Assertiveness and good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Very good German skills and good user knowledge of MS Office
- Driver's license category B and BE
