Your tasks
- Coaching and advising people with a diagnosis from the autism spectrum and/or ADHD
- Specialist advice for the work, school, living and personal environment in dealing with autism- and ADHD-related characteristics
- Advising process-responsible persons on autism- and ADHD-related everyday challenges in the areas of work, school and living
- Preparing reports for the clients
- Conducting training events on the topics of autism and ADHD after thorough familiarisation
Your profile
- Tertiary degree in social work, psychology, work pedagogy or a comparable field
- Further training in coaching and/or autism spectrum and ADHD is an advantage
- Experience in supporting and advising people with a diagnosis from the autism spectrum and ADHD is required
- Great empathy, communication skills, advisory and negotiation competence as well as an independent working style
- Team-oriented, proactive and conscientious personality
