Take responsibility – shape projects
We are looking for you at our Zurich Airport location from January 1, 2026, or by arrangement – a committed personality who will take on the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects at Abraxas as a project manager.
In this role, you work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are implemented on time, within budget, and according to requirements. High interaction with customers and specialist departments is central to this position.
Your role
- Leading and coordinating IT projects from conception to implementation, considering schedules, budgets, and resources
- Developing detailed project plans, including milestones, task assignments, and resource allocation
- Identifying and managing project risks as well as developing corresponding risk mitigation measures
- Close collaboration with involved stakeholders, including aligning requirements and expectations
- Ensuring the quality of project results through continuous monitoring and quality controls
- Leading and motivating project teams to achieve optimal performance and collaboration
- Implementing Abraxas project governance guidelines in operational project work
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable experience in the IT field
- Proven professional experience as a project manager in the IT industry, with experience leading complex projects
- Solid knowledge of project management methods and tools
- Strong ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and set priorities
- Certifications in project management (e.g., IPMA, HERMES) are an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
