Job Summary
We are looking for a 3.5-ton Transport Operator to support delivery and collection operations in Toluca and outlying routes. You will be responsible for transporting documentation securely and confidentially, completing assigned routes, recording services performed, and maintaining the vehicle and work equipment in good condition.
The position also requires assisting with loading and unloading activities, reporting incidents, and complying with the safety, traffic, and service standards established by the company.
What You’ll Do – Responsibilities
Make deliveries and collections of documentation according to assigned routes and times.
Transport information securely and confidentially.
Assist with loading and unloading boxes, packages, pallets, and other materials.
Report any incidents on route or with the client to the Control Desk or Transport Coordinator.
Record deliveries and collections using a scanner or mobile device.
Respect traffic regulations and each client’s access rules.
Keep the 3.5-ton vehicle and assigned equipment, such as dollies, pallet jacks, boxes, and pallets, in good condition.
Perform basic vehicle checks and promptly report any faults.
Comply with safe driving procedures and good driving practices.
Support local and outlying routes according to operational needs.
What You’ll Bring – Requirements
Completed secondary education.
Proven experience driving cargo vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.
Experience in loading and unloading activities.
Valid type E driving licence.
Knowledge of routes in Toluca, Mexico City, and outlying areas.
Availability to travel to Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Guanajuato, Pachuca, and Morelos.
Availability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
Basic mechanical knowledge.
Desirable experience using pallet jacks, scanners, or mobile devices.
Basic computer skills desirable.
Functional ability to perform loading and unloading activities using equipment and appropriate safety measures.
Schedules: Shifts may change weekly according to operational coverage needs:
Availability to rotate shifts is essential.
Shift 1: Saturday to Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Off Thursday and Friday.
Shift 2: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Off Saturday and Sunday.
Shift 3: Monday to Friday from 8:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. Off Saturday and Sunday.
What We Offer
Approximate total monthly benefit: up to $14,144.80 MXN
Gross monthly salary: $12,450.00 MXN
Grocery vouchers (5.4%): $672.30 MXN monthly
Savings fund (5%): $622.50 MXN monthly
Punctuality bonus: $400.00 MXN
Quarterly bonus: up to $3,000.00 MXN, subject to meeting established conditions
