ICT Support Specialist, 80–100 %
Caritas Switzerland is committed to helping those in need – in Switzerland and around the world. As an ICT Support Specialist, you are part of a team spread across multiple locations and provide second-level support for the workstation infrastructure, both nationally and internationally – with a particular focus on Fribourg and the Romandy region. You handle incidents and service requests, manage our Microsoft 365 services, and support ITSM processes. You ensure compliance with our service level agreements (SLAs) as well as the implementation of the service catalog. Support is primarily provided remotely. Telecommuting is possible within the scope of your duties.
Your tasks
- Handling incidents and service requests in second-level support
- Analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions in the Microsoft environment as well as the infrastructure of sites and workstations
- Administration of Microsoft 365, including Teams, Entra ID, and Intune
- Support during the deployment and commissioning of new IT systems in Caritas centers, with a focus on the Romandy region
- Supporting ITSM processes and managing service requests (material and software orders, license assignments, asset management)
- Documentation and updating of technical information as part of knowledge management
Our requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent qualification (e.g., ICT specialist)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICT support (2nd level)
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration portals
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Freshservice) and ITIL processes
- Independent, structured, and service-oriented working method, as well as good communication skills and team spirit
- Category B driving license and availability for on-site interventions
- Very good knowledge of German (level C2) and English (level B2)
