What you can achieve
- Strategic and operational alignment of vocational education according to the junior staff and personnel needs of RUAG in Switzerland
- Early and forward-looking alignment of vocational education to possible operational business changes (new systems that may require different professional profiles in the future)
- Responsibility for the quality of training, including training programs
- Responsibility for the further development of a PiBS concept (practice-integrated bachelor's degree)
- Ensuring and continuously developing a positive vocational education culture in terms of a learning-oriented, positive, and safe working atmosphere for the trainees
- Budget responsibility for the entire vocational education
- Targeted, motivating leadership, coaching, and future-oriented development of the vocational education team with the self-image as a role model and team member

What you bring with you
- Completed technical vocational training with further education, ideally at the level of Higher Technical School HF (or equivalent) and preferably in vocational education (trainer with a federal certificate, etc.)
- Several years (at least five to eight years) of proven experience in a leadership position in vocational education, preferably in the (manufacturing) industrial sector with modern human resources
- Several years of leadership experience and pedagogical qualification
- Solid expertise in training as well as good knowledge of Swiss labor law
- Experience in the further development of the education sector with successful operational implementation
- Good technical understanding and digital affinity
- You bring an authentic, forward-looking, open, and positive mindset, enjoy working with young people
- Fluent German skills, good knowledge of French and/or Italian is a great advantage
