Production Manager Poultry 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Overall responsibility in the poultry sector including ensuring efficient and stable production processes

• Strategic and operational management of the poultry department (approx. 100 employees)

• Determination and adherence to planned quantities as well as product quality including monitoring and initiating corrective actions in case of deviations

• Responsibility for internal departmental communication channels and process workflows as well as their continuous optimisation

• Support in the development of new products in collaboration with the development department

• Responsibility for planning and coordinating time slots for regular technical maintenance of machines / systems / buildings in consultation with the technical department

• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with hygiene and cleaning standards for machines and infrastructure

• And many other exciting tasks

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic training in the food sector (baker, cook, butcher or similar) or in the technical field

• Business studies advantageous

• Several years of leadership and professional experience in the industrial sector (food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, etc.) advantageous

• Team player with assertiveness

• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP

• Very good oral and written German skills
