People Development Specialist (m/f/d), 70–100%
Your contribution to our team
In this newly created HR role, you take on the conceptual and operational responsibility for the further development of training, leadership and talent development at Sonepar Switzerland. You independently develop future-oriented HR initiatives, concepts and programmes for the HR Business Partners and managers, which ensure the long-term development of our employees, managers and specialists.
You develop and establish a holistic Learning & Development concept in close cooperation with HR management and provide country-specific training offers. In doing so, you define frameworks, further develop career paths and create the foundations for a sustainable learning and development culture that strengthens our culture and supports managers in successfully leading their teams through change and growth.
Furthermore, you coordinate external partners, drive the introduction of appropriate learning methods and learning technologies, and ensure the sustainable effectiveness of our development initiatives through professional reporting, budget management and success measurement. Additionally, you further develop our occupational health management and provide impulses for a healthy and performance-enhancing work culture. You also support our apprentices and their supervisors with a sustainable concept.
As part of our HR team, you actively contribute to HR initiatives and support the continuous development of our HR landscape.
Your profile
- Experience in independently building learning concepts in a similar environment
- Several years of experience working in an HR team (e.g. HR Business Partner) and knowledge of central HR processes or in-depth, hands-on experience collaborating with HR Business Partners in talent reviews, succession planning and talent development
- Experience in designing pragmatic, solution-oriented leadership, talent and personnel development programmes for different target groups
- Experience in developing and implementing specialist, expert and management career paths
- Conceptual thinking combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors Learning) as well as digital learning solutions
- Strong communication, consulting and stakeholder management skills at all hierarchy levels
- High implementation strength, initiative and enjoyment in independently building new structures, processes and concepts
- Fluent German and English skills; French is a great advantage, Italian is an advantage
- University degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable field and/or further training in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development or Organisational Development (CAS, MAS or comparable) is an advantage
