For the support and expansion of our sales area in the Bern region, we are looking for a committed and convincing personality with a passion for architecture, technical understanding, and joy in advising a demanding clientele.

In your role as a sales advisor, you represent swissFineLine to architects, clients, and planners with natural persuasive power and a stylish, winning demeanor. You accompany clients throughout the entire project process – from the first idea to the signing of the contract. In doing so, you know how to translate architectural visions into concrete solutions and build trust through expertise and sensitivity.
With commitment, you further develop the sales area in the Bern region, nurture your network with foresight, and recognize potentials early on. Whether during personal visits on-site or when presenting our products in our competence center, at trade fairs and events – you act proactively, structured, and with genuine enthusiasm for what you do.
You are an established sales personality with experience in consultative selling – ideally in the architecture, construction, or design environment. Your communicative strength, confident appearance, and negotiation skills enable you to advise and inspire on an equal footing.
You embody a customer-oriented attitude, think entrepreneurially, and bring the necessary willingness to travel within the sales area. In addition to very good German skills, you ideally also have French or English skills to communicate confidently with foreign language contacts.
