Senior Property Manager: Commercial Spaces with Portfolio in District 1

• You manage an exclusive portfolio, predominantly in prime locations in District 1, Zurich (Retail / Office)
• You maintain proactive tenant support in close collaboration with the owner Swiss Life
• You lead complex contract negotiations
• You are responsible for ensuring property maintenance including overseeing smaller construction projects
• You conduct periodic property inspections with condition assessments
• You monitor the current rent policy and advise the owner Swiss Life on rent setting
• You are responsible for the handover and acceptance of rental properties
• You participate in internal projects

• You hold a federal specialist certificate in property management or a federal diploma in real estate trusteeship
• You bring many years of professional experience in the real estate sector (ideally in commercial property) and have specialised knowledge in tenancy law
• You have good accounting and legal knowledge (OR, ZGB as well as SchKG)
• You have very good German and English skills
• You possess high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management
• You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy working with people
• You have an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies, and are open to new things
• You think and act entrepreneurially and have pleasant manners
