Junior Project Manager (Planning)

Step by step take responsibility – together with an experienced team. Do you enjoy planning, organizing, and realizing? Do you want to deepen your know-how in exciting new construction and renovation projects and develop yourself on the path to construction management? We rely on open, uncomplicated, and direct collaboration.
Here is what you will do
- Participation in the planning of our new construction and renovation projects as well as support in the technical and organizational project preparation
- From coordinating initial work steps to independently managing smaller projects
- Close collaboration with our experienced planning team, construction managers, and external partners
- Over time: taking over construction management tasks including schedule, cost, and quality control
These are your skills and strengths
- Training as a draftsman/woman EFZ (architecture) or a basic craft training
- Ideally first experience in a planning or construction management department
- Motivation to develop professionally, e.g., through further training as a construction manager or technician in building construction HF
- Enjoy working in an organized, structured way as well as direct contact with people
- Communicative and cooperative demeanor, combined with tact in dealing with project participants
