LOEB AG is an independent Swiss retail company headquartered in a central location in Bern, with additional branches and the Concept Store MAGGS in Bern. From 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a competent and team-oriented individual as
Clerk: Finance/Accounting 80% - 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- You record and post goods invoices from direct deliveries (posting, checking, analysing and filing)
- You process supplier invoices
- You check the merchandise management process, the extra order process and the repair process (data checking, information forwarding, label printing, checking repair documents, allocation of supplier credits/replacement deliveries)
- You assist with monthly, half-year and annual financial statements
- You support inventories
- You carry out invoice receipt control
- You handle the rental partner accounting
Your profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (or equivalent training)
- You have initial experience in finance and accounting
- You have very good MS Office and SAP skills
- You are a resilient, reliable, careful and precise person with good analytical thinking skills
- You have confident German language skills and good knowledge of French
