Clerk: Finance/Accounting 80% - 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You record and post goods invoices from direct deliveries (posting, checking, analysing and filing)
• You process supplier invoices
• You check the merchandise management process, the extra order process and the repair process (data checking, information forwarding, label printing, checking repair documents, allocation of supplier credits/replacement deliveries)
• You assist with monthly, half-year and annual financial statements
• You support inventories
• You carry out invoice receipt control
• You handle the rental partner accounting

Your profile:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (or equivalent training)
• You have initial experience in finance and accounting
• You have very good MS Office and SAP skills
• You are a resilient, reliable, careful and precise person with good analytical thinking skills
• You have confident German language skills and good knowledge of French
