About the job
We are looking for you from 1 October 2026 as a Specialist in Seizures 80 % for our Debt Enforcement and Municipal Bailiff's Office (municipalities of Rüti, Bubikon, Fischenthal, Wald and Dürnten).

Specialist in Seizures 80 %
This is your job:
- Formal and substantive examination of incoming continuation and realisation requests
- Execution of seizures, retentions and arrest procedures in internal and external service
- Preparation of seizure certificates
- Management and administration of wage seizure control
- Issuance of loss certificates
- Preparation and assistance in the handling of realisation procedures
- Independent correspondence and form management in the area of responsibility
- Taking over deputising duties in the office (including recording debt enforcement requests, counter and telephone service, preparation of debt enforcement register extracts, providing debt enforcement register information, general secretarial tasks)
You bring with you:
- Commercial apprenticeship EFZ or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience at a debt enforcement office is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law (SchKG) desired
- Strong communication skills, high empathy and psychological resilience
- Good user knowledge of MS Office and BEA.NET as well as a high IT affinity
- Networked thinking as well as an independent, responsible and precise way of working
- Teamwork skills
- Driving licence category B
