The programme in brief
Duration: 18 months
Focus: Operational activity at our clients
Goal: To take on a management role in operations after the programme
Extra: 3-month international assignment within the group

Assignments at the heart of our operational activity directly at our clients
- Immersion in different departments and operational units
- Close collaboration with managers, site managers, and teams on the ground
- Responsibilities from day one, accompanied and supervised
- Projects with a concrete impact on quality, efficiency, and collaboration
- Personal mentoring provided by experienced operations leaders
- Structured formats for development, learning, and feedback
Your goal after 18 months
At the end of the programme, you are ready to assume a management role in operations.
You will know how to:
- Lead and develop teams
- Actively manage client relationships
- Drive and optimize operational processes
- Make decisions and take on responsibilities

Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained (e.g., in business administration, industrial engineering, facility management, or equivalent)
- Strong interest in operational activities and services
- Very good knowledge of French or German, as well as English
- Practical mindset, motivation, and learning ability
- Ease working at the client and with diverse interlocutors
- Availability for travel within Switzerland
