What you can achieve
- Ensuring a smooth operation at the filling plants – you make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Cleaning and preparing the production environment – cleanliness is your standard.
- Independently carrying out minor repairs in case of technical problems – you keep the plant running.
- Documentation and communication – you report faults, complete protocols, and keep your team informed.
- Quality control – you regularly check the production process and respond to deviations.
What you bring with you
- You have completed an apprenticeship in the food sector and have some experience with production plants.
- Seasonal 2- to 3-shift work is no problem for you (2:00 - approx. 11:30, 4:00 - approx. 13:30, and 11:00 - end).
- You can communicate well in German, both spoken and written (B1/B2).
- Motivation, openness, flexibility, a sense of responsibility, and reliability describe your character.
