Dipl. Nurse

Tasks
- You provide high-quality nursing care in collaboration with patients and their environment, taking into account the applicable nursing care concept.
- You promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate in it, both at the team and hospital level.
- You evaluate your performance and adjust it in the sense of continuous quality improvement.
- You contribute to the further development of the department.
- You supervise, support, and advise new employees as well as trainees and students.
Profile
- Dipl. Nurse HF/FH / DNII / AKP
- Professional experience in acute care is an advantage.
- Fluent German language skills (min. B2), knowledge of French is an advantage.
- You are proficient in common computer programs.
- You bring a dynamic and constructive attitude.
- You have social skills, teamwork ability, and communication skills.
- If interested, there is the possibility to work as a practical trainer and vocational trainer or to complete the training.
