Your tasks
- Development, planning and implementation of content for our social media channels
- Production of photo and video content at shoots, events and in our production
- Editing videos and preparing them for various platforms (Reels, Stories, TikTok etc.)
- Maintenance and further development of our social media channels
- Editorial planning and community management
- Writing captions and other texts
- Monitoring trends, platforms and algorithms as well as contributing new ideas
- Supporting the development of creative content formats
What you bring
- Experience in content creation for social media
- Confident handling of camera and/or smartphone as well as a sense for image composition
- Experience in video editing (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar programmes)
- Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Co. and their algorithms
- Enjoyment in writing and storytelling
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Creativity, initiative and a good eye for design and aesthetics
- Openness to AI tools and digital workflows
Nice to have
- Experience with motion design or simple animations
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator or After Effects)
- Photography or drone knowledge
