The St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich offers around 450 people with disabilities protected workplaces and daily structures (www.st-jakob.ch). The employees are guided, challenged, and supported in their work by 140 specialists.

- Promotion, guidance, and support of employees
- Ensuring a smooth daily routine and supporting employees in executing work processes
- Responsibility for department-specific tasks as well as administrative activities
- Written, telephone, and personal communication with clients
- Project support and collaboration on client orders for digitalization
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and work processes
- Collaboration on various client orders and projects
This is what you bring:
- A completed vocational training at EFZ level
- Experience in the field of work pedagogy is an advantage
- High social competence, empathy, and the professional ability to set boundaries
- A passionate team spirit as well as resilience and flexibility
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Excellent oral and written German skills
- Economic thinking and acting
- Good work organization and independent working style
- Interest in the digitalization of various media
- Driving license category B
