Introduction

The Adliswil school educates around 2,000 children in kindergarten, primary, and secondary levels. For this responsible task, over 500 employees in 7 schools and various specialist services are committed with great dedication.

At the Dietlimoos school, more than 260 students attend 3 kindergartens and 12 grade classes at the primary level.

We are looking for a motivated personality for the Dietlimoos school building starting the new school year 2026/2027 as

Educational ICT Supporter (TICTS/PICTS)

Workload: 20%

You are part of the technical support chain and provide low-threshold 1st-level support for teachers and staff in the school building. In addition, you are responsible for user management on the school platforms and ensure their smooth operation in everyday school life.

You share responsibility for the further training of teachers in the school building in the area of media & ICT and actively shape internal school impulses, short workshops, as well as introductions to new digital tools and web services.

Furthermore, you evaluate learning software as well as digital media and teaching materials, thereby ensuring a solid foundation for pedagogical work in the school building.

You participate in the media & ICT specialist group and provide advisory support in the further development of the school's ICT structures. In cooperation with the media & ICT management, you also coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees as well as for students, whereby this is done in consultation with the class teachers in the area of students.

What we expect from you

You have completed training as a teacher as well as a CAS PICTS/TICTS or an equivalent recognized qualification in the field of media & ICT. In addition, you bring basic technical knowledge and are able to ensure 1st-level support in everyday school life. You have above-average skills at the interface of IT and pedagogy and convince with pronounced advisory and communication skills in dealing with teachers and school management.

You work independently, are well organized, and set priorities deliberately. Furthermore, you show willingness for continuous further education in the field of digitalization and ICT and are characterized by a collegial attitude as well as joy in teamwork.
