We are looking for a motivated and performance-oriented personality for the Finance Department. You will complement our team in finance as
immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
As a clerk in administration subject financing, you are responsible for the administrative processes in the area of day families, day care, and school complementary care. You maintain the central database, process reports from day families, and prepare the billing run as well as salary payments. In addition, you prepare the annual report and coordinate internal and external clarifications.
In the area of care vouchers, you review and decide on applications, ensure monthly payments, prepare tax certificates, and prepare cooperation agreements with external daycares.
You help to actively advance and shape digitalization. Furthermore, you take on general administrative tasks such as maintaining and archiving files, and providing information by phone and in writing.
