La Faculté de médecine de l'Université de Genève bénéficie d'une dynamique multiculturelle enrichissante à laquelle elle contribue par son rayonnement dans les domaines de l'enseignement, de la recherche et de son partenariat avec les Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève (HUG).

Afin de renforcer ses équipes du HI5Lab (Health Informatics for Innovation, Integration, Implementation and Impact) et du Geneva Digital Health Hub (GDHub), actives dans le domaine de la santé numérique, la Faculté de médecine de l'Université de Genève est à la recherche d'un-e :

Assistant-e 

Il/elle participera aux activités de recherche appliquée menées au sein de ces structures. Il/elle sera également associé-e aux activités d'enseignement du département et apportera, sous encadrement, un appui technique et logistique aux différentes activités du groupe de recherche.

Les principales missions sont les suivantes : 

• Participer aux activités d'enseignement pré-gradué et post-gradué du département (support aux cours, préparation de matériel pédagogique technique).
• Contribuer aux projets de recherche du laboratoire portant sur les modalités d'implémentation, d'évaluation et d'analyse des solutions de santé numérique.
• Participer à l'utilisation et à l'évolution de l'Implementome (un référentiel de projet de santé numérique) en tant qu'outil de recherche, notamment pour l'exploration de données, l'analyse de cas d'usage et l'appui aux travaux scientifiques du groupe.
• Apporter un appui à la collecte, l'extraction, la structuration et l'analyse de données de recherche liées aux projets de santé numérique.
• Participer à la préparation et à la rédaction de publications scientifiques, rapports de recherche et livrables de projets, en collaboration avec les chercheurs du groupe.
• Contribuer aux aspects techniques nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l'Implementome (support au développement, à la maintenance, à la gestion de données.
• Participer à la documentation scientifique et technique des outils utilisés dans les projets de recherche.
• Aider à l'organisation logistique et technique d'événements scientifiques dans le domaine de la santé numérique (séminaires, workshops, conférences).

Titre et compétences exigés

• Être titulaire d'un master (ou titre jugé équivalent) en informatique, informatique médicale, ingénierie logicielle, ingénierie des données, ou domaine connexe.
• Intérêt marqué pour le domaine de la santé numérique et de la gestion des connaissances.
• Capacité à travailler en interface avec des chercheurs ou des entités travaillant dans la santé numérique.
• Expertise technique souhaitable dans l'utilisation des outils/langages suivant : Python, Angular, Neo4j, Cypher, Docker.
• Sens de l'organisation avéré (gestion d'événements, respect des délais).
• Force de proposition et bonne intégration dans une équipe.
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (B2 oral et écrit).

In order to strengthen the teams of the HI5Lab (Health Informatics for Innovation, Integration, Implementation and Impact) and the Geneva Digital Health Hub (GDHub), which are active in the field of digital health, the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Genva is looking for a : 

Research and teaching assistant

The main tasks are as follows : 

• Contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching activities within the department, including course support and the preparation of technical and pedagogical teaching materials.
• Participates in the laboratory's research projects focusing on the implementation, evaluation, and analysis of digital health solutions.
• Takes part in the use and further development of the Implementome (a digital health project repository) as a research tool, in particular for data exploration, use-case analysis, and support to the group's scientific work.
• Provides support for the collection, extraction, structuring, and analysis of research data related to digital health projects.
• Participates in the preparation and drafting of scientific publications, research reports, and project deliverables, in collaboration with the group's researchers.
• Contributes to the technical aspects necessary for the proper functioning of the Implementome, including support for development, maintenance, and data management.
• Participates in the scientific and technical documentation of the tools used in research projects.
• Assists with the logistical and technical organization of scientific events in the field of digital health (seminars, workshops, conferences).

Required qualifications and skills 

• Hold a Master's degree (or an equivalent qualification) in computer science, medical informatics, software engineering, data engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in the field of digital health and knowledge management.
• Ability to work at the interface with researchers and/or entities active in the digital health domain.
• Desirable technical expertise in the use of the following tools and languages: Python, Angular, Neo4j, Cypher, Docker.
• Proven organizational skills (event management, meeting deadlines).
• Proactive approach and ability to integrate well into a team.
• Proficiency in French and English (B2 oral and written).
