About the job
- You accompany and monitor the patients during the night and take over the needs- and resource-oriented, individual treatment and counseling of our patients, e.g. regarding sleep-promoting measures.
- You care for patients with your nursing professionalism and successfully master even complex situations.
- At night, you are responsible for the maintenance of the ward and correctly document relevant events and your services.
- If necessary, you take shifts during the day.
- You have completed training as a certified nurse HF / FH (for foreign qualifications, recognition or a positive pre-check by the Swiss Red Cross is required).
- You bring professional experience in psychiatry, preferably in the care of people with addiction disorders, or you are interested in deepening your knowledge in this field.
- You enjoy working at night and remain calm even in complex situations.
- You have social skills, are resilient, work independently and responsibly, and can work well in interdisciplinary teams.
- Good IT skills facilitate administrative tasks. In addition, you have very good German skills (at least C1).
