Polymechanic with Leadership Experience
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage orders from work preparation to final inspection
- Lead, coach the team and develop solutions in case of problems
- Produce single items and small series independently
- Optimise processes and maintain fixtures and aids
- Design simple parts in 3D
Requirements
- Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ, ideally with additional qualification as a process specialist or equivalent
- Experience or training in leadership is an advantage
- Ability for humane and assertive team leadership with appreciative communication
- Strong organisational skills for order, aid and deadline management
- Technical flair and enjoyment of practical work, also on conventional machines
