• Within your area of responsibility, you make decisions independently and act accordingly
• You involve the relatives of our residents in your primary care
• Supporting and promoting our learners and interns is part of your task
• You document observations and changes using our digital tools
• In internal working groups, you engage in the further development of Thurvita

• Recognized EFZ as a health professional in Switzerland or equivalent training with SRK recognition
• As an independent team player, you contribute your skills and expertise
• You find it easy to connect with residents and maintain relationships
• Working with people with dementia is enjoyable and fulfilling for you
• You reliably and accurately perform medical technical tasks
• You communicate confidently and professionally in German
• You handle hectic, challenging, and complex situations calmly and thoughtfully
• You impress with high social competence: you approach our residents, colleagues, and all contact persons with empathy, respect, and appreciation
