What you can achieve:

Processing of external intervention orders
Operating various technical systems in case of malfunction/alarm
Collaboration with different emergency personnel
Ensuring the operational service of our operations center
Supporting the uniformed front-line staff in all matters
Various operational deployments (object controls and patrols)

What you bring:

Very good German skills and oral English skills (A2 level)
Proficient PC user skills
High independence and technical affinity
Strong service orientation, pronounced sense of responsibility, and targeted communication
Completed vocational training or equivalent education
Experience in an operations or alarm center of a security company is an advantage
Impeccable reputation (check of debt enforcement and criminal record extracts)
Swiss citizenship or possession of a C permit or EU/EFTA B permit
Mobility (driver's license and own vehicle advantageous)
Time flexibility and willingness for irregular working hours (night, weekend, 24h operation)
