Legal Specialist in the Field of Working Conditions, Supporting Measures, and Combating Undeclared Work 80 - 100 %
Are you looking for a challenging position and want to engage for fair working conditions? Are you interested in the companies of the canton of Lucerne and their employees as well as in interacting with companies from the EU/EFTA states? We are looking for a legal specialist for the field of working conditions, supporting measures, and combating undeclared work to join our interdisciplinary, agile, and motivated team starting October 1 or by agreement.
Your tasks
- You support the department management in legal matters and help to ensure uniform and legally secure enforcement.
- You represent the department management as team leader and in a professional capacity.
- You interact with other authorities, participate in working groups in the canton of Lucerne, and maintain a constructive network.
- You are willing to engage in inter-cantonal and nationwide committees on topics of working conditions, supporting measures, and combating undeclared work.
- You organize the meetings of the Tripartite Commission for the Labor Market of the canton of Lucerne in coordination with the commission's presidency.
Your competencies
- You have a Master's degree in Law and have experience in enforcement in administration.
- You are used to making independent decisions and communicate appropriately to the audience and situation.
- You are interested in society, the economy, and politics, and reflect this in your work.
- You know how to decisively enforce regulations and laws in practice and support the team in this.
- You communicate empathetically and understandably, and writing texts comes easily to you.
- You act competently and flexibly in a constantly changing environment and achieve goals together with your colleagues.
- You master the usual tools for data processing with ease.
