Your tasks

• You process and coordinate complex medical cases from all over Switzerland and clarify the entitlement to benefits from disability insurance or accident insurance in cooperation with our trusted medical service
• You analyse and check the processed benefits and prepare benefit recoveries
• You handle outpatient and inpatient services in the areas of dialysis, transplants, artificial nutrition, and mechanical home ventilation
• You create individual correspondence and conduct verbal clarifications with insured persons, service providers, authorities, and/or partners

Your profile

• You have a commercial or paramedical education and ideally already have professional experience in the insurance sector
• Good PC user skills in MS Office programmes and preferably knowledge of Syrius distinguish you
• Your team-oriented, communicative, and open-minded nature characterises you, and you have a structured, independent, and responsible way of working
• You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and French; any additional language is a plus
