We are looking for our Sonceboz site:

Injection Press Setters – M/F

Within a production of precision technical plastic components, your mission is to ensure the proper functioning of the machines and to carry out reference changes under conditions of safety, quality, and productivity.

In this respect, you will be particularly responsible for the following activities:

• setting the presses and peripherals,
• starting up productions, intervening in case of drift or malfunctions,
• carrying out production changes (assembly of moulds and peripherals and related stations),
• implementing and/or adjusting robots,
• ensuring the implementation and monitoring of the first series,
• detecting, anticipating and analysing technical malfunctions based on monitoring records, surveillance plans and machine self-diagnostics,
• being attentive and providing technical support to operators on the various machines,
• respecting and enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices,
• applying and ensuring the application of order, tidiness and cleanliness within your area.

Working hours in 2x8 shifts, night shifts or weekend shifts according to your personal arrangements.

Remuneration according to profile, experience and type of shift.

Passionate about the plastics industry, you are rigorous, dynamic and motivated.

Holder of a BTS in plastics or equivalent, you have significant experience in setting injection presses and their peripherals. Equipment such as robots or other automated systems are familiar to you.
