What is my role?

• Review and evaluation of tenders and offers

• Clarifications with suppliers

• Preparation of offers (calculation, reports, evidence etc.) based on submissions or functional tenders

• Ensuring quality, timely and cost-appropriate processing of offers

• Support of project managers in supplementary calculations

• Technical administration in the area of work preparation

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic technical training as an electrical installer/planner or assembly electrician

• High IT affinity and very good knowledge of MS Office products

• Good knowledge in handling the Messerli calculation programme

• Strong service and team orientation

• Cheerful, motivated and flexible personality with a positive attitude

• Independent, solution-oriented and structured working style with a high quality awareness

• Very good German language skills
