Your tasks
- Individual and resource-oriented support for residents and their relatives
- Actively shaping care processes and documenting them in care records
- Comprehensive care and support of residents
- Contributing to logistical processes within the care group
- Responsible for day-to-day operations together with the nursing professional
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent foreign diploma recognised by the SRK
- Service- and person-oriented approach to work
- Knowledge of Kinaesthetics, Integrative Validation, Basal Stimulation
- Open to new ideas and willing to advocate for progressive nursing concepts

About us
The KZU, with its two in-house day nurseries, operates two care centres in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, alongside various specialised services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students across 17 different professional groups.
