About the job

Your Tasks

Individual and competent care and support of our patients according to our nursing mission statement
In this role, you are additionally responsible for the training of apprentices and students in an interdisciplinary ward
You convey theoretical and practical basics, create appropriate learning situations, and accompany practical work with a focus on preparation for working life
You conduct training discussions, document the training status, know the current training regulations, and are responsible for their monitoring and compliance
You actively participate in shaping our internal TT days with the HF/FH students
You work in the Shared Governance team in the department, participate monthly in the internal education forum, contribute your know-how, and instruct and advise apprentices, students, and staff in nursing and organizational matters

Your Profile

Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
Ideally professional experience in acute care or vocational training
Trainer certificate (SVEB1 or equivalent training) or willingness to obtain it
Strong social, professional, and methodological competence
Good German and PC skills
For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
