The IV Office of the Canton of Bern is undergoing change and is focusing on a modern corporate and leadership culture. We want to align our actions more closely with the needs of our clients and advance digitalization.
The Consulting and Support area is being developed. You have the opportunity to actively help shape offerings and take on responsibility. What you can achieve with us
- You actively contribute your in-depth expertise on IV measures to projects and occasionally support the accompaniment of individual cases within pilot projects.
- You systematically analyze reintegration processes as well as existing processes and interfaces between IV, psychiatric care, and employers to identify effective factors and optimization potentials.
- You develop professional foundations and create practical proposals to improve coordination and reduce information gaps between the involved systems.
- You participate in the conception, planning, implementation, and evaluation of pilot projects for enhanced networking.
- You review relevant literature, analyze existing models, and prepare professional findings in a target group-appropriate manner.
- You formulate reintegration-relevant questions and prepare reports, decision-making bases, and technical concepts for project management.
- You ensure clear, empathetic, and structured communication with internal and external project partners.
Which skills are important to us
- You have a degree in psychology, nursing, social sciences, or social work and bring several years of experience in a comparable role.
- You have in-depth expertise in IV measures, case management, and social insurance law basics and possess a good understanding of the connections between mental health, work ability, and professional reintegration.
- You are characterized by high cooperation and service orientation in an interdisciplinary and inter-institutional environment.
- You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented.
- We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so good active knowledge of the other language is desired.

Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time and remotely, paid breaks
