What is my role?

• Precise processing of demanding workpieces on CNC milling centres with Heidenhain control (3-/4-/5-axis)

• Independent setting up of machines according to clamping plans and tool lists

• Preparation and measurement of the required tools with the Kelch tool setting device

• Independent processing of customer orders in compliance with quality and production specifications

• Manufacture of drawing parts according to technical requirements

• Optimisation and commissioning of CAM-generated programmes

• Execution of ERP bookings for the respective orders

• Regular machine maintenance as well as ensuring order and cleanliness at the workplace

What do I need to be successful?

You have a basic training as a polymechanic or production mechanic specialising in CNC milling and possess sound CNC knowledge. Willingness to work in a 2-shift system is required.
