ICT Technician Professional
Tasks
- Receiving, analysing and resolving support requests in the hardware and software environment
- Installing, configuring and maintaining clients, peripherals, applications and operating systems
- Performing updates, patches and technical maintenance work to ensure stability, performance and security
- Supporting and advising users on technical questions in everyday work
- Creating and maintaining instructions, documentation and known solutions
- Collaborating with internal IT departments on disruptions, changes and operational matters
- Occasional assignments at locations in Switzerland
Requirements
- Completed training in computer science or comparable qualification
- Experience in ICT support, IT support or workplace environment
- Good knowledge in the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- High service orientation and enjoyment of direct contact with users
- Willingness for occasional on-site assignments and, in exceptional cases, outside usual working hours
