Our client is a successful and future-oriented company and is looking to strengthen the team with a committed, reliable and customer-oriented individual as an Order Processing Clerk.

Your tasks

• Managing the telephone switchboard and reception
• Processing and handling orders, invoices and credit notes
• Creating, recording and checking orders
• Coordinating and monitoring transport orders
• Handling customer enquiries and feedback
• Organising and ordering warehouse and consumable materials
• Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners
• Maintaining and updating customer and order data in the ERP system
• Contributing to the optimisation and further development of processes in order processing
• General administrative and organisational tasks

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in order processing, order handling or a similar function is an advantage
• Good user knowledge of MS Office; experience with an ERP system is an advantage
• Structured, efficient and careful working style
• Strong customer orientation and confident communication skills
• Team-oriented, independent and flexible personality with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Openness to new ideas and enjoyment in actively shaping improvement processes
