Your tasks for gesundheit schwyz include

• Operational implementation of the concept "Strengthening the competencies of vocational trainers on the topic of health promotion and prevention with a focus on mental health in vocational education" (50%)
• Organization of (online) events for vocational trainers
• Independent implementation of the social media concept for the specialist office (10%)
• Collaboration and support in the organization and execution of action weeks, campaigns, specialist conferences, and networking meetings

Your tasks in the BGM area include

• Implementation of an information and awareness campaign to strengthen the mental health of Triaplus employees

You bring with you

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, health promotion and prevention, psychology, social sciences, or similar
• Great interest in health promotion and prevention in training companies and in BGM
• Communicative, interested, and open personality
• Organizational skills
• Systematic thinking, proactive, independent, and goal-oriented working style
• Reliability
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook)
• Confident German language skills
